My name is Joshua Lowe and I am a freelance computer consultant and a School Psychologist. Ever since I was a young child, I have always been facinated with electronic devices. I used to love it whenever things would break because I would then have permission to take them apart and learn how they work. I quickly discovered that my mother was always happier when I took apart things that were already broken. Although my career has landed me in a different field than computers, I still enjoy problem solving and working on computers.
I spent two and a half years at LSU-S as a Computer Science major, then left for California where I worked for a computer company creating their e-commerce site and learning the ropes of computer trouble-shooting and repair. I then spent the next three years working as the network administrator of a law firm and doing consulting work on the side before focusing more on the consulting service.
I value my kindness and understanding for other people, and my ability to get along with almost anyone and everyone. I believe I am a "people person," and generally enjoy just visiting with people. I enjoy being able to show people how to do things on their computers and try to explain things in a way that everyone can understand.
